I’m not so sure about that since the F-16’s radar isn’t quite as versatile as the Bug’s, especially in A/G mode.

IIRC (from F4.0) the Viper has a MTI AG radar function which is really helpful in finding moving vehicles - does the real Bug? I would think it does. MTI + AGM-65 = Fun

There are multiple questions here.

Does the real plane? is one, but that is followed by Is ED going to implement it? and When?

Yes, the Bug will have this, and the JF-17 already does. In the JF-17 it’s only marginally useful since the ground target has to be moving. The version that ED says the F-16C will be getting will be the APG-68v5, so I don’t know how that will compare to the one(s) depicted in BMS.
