Hey y’all!
Ok, this isn’t entirely a serious thread, but…
I don’t like the new Firefox icon.
The fox has lost its paw and the Earth is now a grape. It is also a bit too abstract for me, and the colors are weaker.
What do y’all think?

Is it Early Access?
Maybe the fox will get its paw in a future update?
can’t say I like it, but if the browser continues to perform excellent, no complaints on my end.
LOL, I use Chrome so…
Clicked on thread because I thought we were talking about the movie with Clint Eastwood (you must think in Russian)…
Hehehe I had a brief thought about too…
LOL I actually forgot about that.
Sorry for the clickbait!
Nah, it’s cool.
i don’t know anything about Clint Eastwood movies, but not a fan of the newest logo, looks like a slug or worse at normal size
You should! Start with „Paint your Wagon“. He‘s a great singer.
On-topic: New Firefox icon is fine, associating the earth to internet never made sense to me.
World wide, 24/7, always open, blah blah marketing talk from the 90s
Not into Westerns, but did anyone see this one, it says he’s in it at least
To me it always made perfect sense, since the other name for the Internet is the WWW (world wide web).
As for Clint Eastwood movies:
I really like Gran Torino. He is just a perfect grumpy man.
Earth from top middle (better contrast), fox from top right. Scrap the bottom row.
My two cents?
It’s an icon that has to be perceived long enough to be double clicked to start a program.
After that it literally cease to exist, for all intent and purposes.
Not a fan of the purple pill.
Wheels
For some reason it hasn’t landed in my fedora upstream repo yet, so i’m still on 69.
On the other hand, i’m a function before form guy, so i care more about loading times than about the logo (especially since you hardly ever see the logo in Gnome 3).
Exactly my thoughts. Looks more like the graphics are devolving.
…a French girl and a prostitute…?
crazy they didn’t just condense that into one person
