I managed to “buy” the hurricane ebook…but how i can export the ebook to my iPad is a mistery for now
You kidding?
Put it as an attachment to an email on a PC, then open them from the iPad…
If you are referring to how to download them from Osprey webpage to your device, then you need to login oc. And on the left side, on ‘My Osprey’ page, click ‘My eLibrary’ and there you will find your download links.
It took me some time also to find it. Iirc the download links were previously directly on order page. But my memory is not that good anymore.
Thanks but i am referring to the files itself…they have a strange format and on the ipad i am not able to open in ibooks or any other application for reading i have
I always do ebook (PDF) which can be read by anything
If you ticked ebook (ePub) then that normally needs a specific app to open it.
yes i did both pdf and epub…and i have plenty of apps on the ipad that can open that format. I have also a kobo ereader. But the files are in a strange format not .pdf and not .epub
ok i got it…i just had to do open with…and changing extension in epub and pdf let the file open automatically…now i can import on the ipad and the ebook reader
Anyone had any luck getting the week 2 books? I haven’t even been able to log in for the past few days. It will just sit there thinking or go to a server error.
Yes I did eventually
Clear cache and cookies or try another browser.
I got 2 books this week did you add the promo code to the box or didn’t you get that far
I can (sometimes) add the books to my cart and apply the code, but when I go to check out and it asks me to log in is where I get stuck. Tried logging in first before adding them to my cart and same story.
Tried clearing cache and using two other browsers, but no joy. Oh well, will keep trying but it’s not the end of the world. Thanks guys.
Best to send them an email
Finally managed to log in! I got the RPG book. I thought it might be interesting
I was about to reply to your first post then I saw that you got in.
Those things have been a lethal nightmare it would seem!
Also read Fallen Timbers 1794 which is set a few years after Washingtons Spies… quite a turbulent time for the US in many ways and interesting that John Graves Simcoe was still causing mischief.
Again, great collection to choose from
Another great selection! I chose the M1 Abrams vs T72 book. I’m in a bit of a heavy armour mood today
