I got the Humble Just Drive bundle a couple of months back.
I already have Assetto Corsa, but it came in the bundle (packaged with Dream Packs 1-3).

I was looking at that one too. I did not hear good things about it at release, but I think they’re trying to make it better, since it received a poor reaction. With the coupon, it comes to $10. Not too much to risk for a bad game.
I think it’s just coming down to favorite development studios . I like Far Cry’s studios with the likes of Ubisoft Montreal (also known for Rainbow Six, Splinter Cell etc) and Toronto (also known for Splinter Cell Blacklist, Rainbow Six Siege etc) over Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Wildlands’ studio Ubisoft Paris (also known for Just Dance etc) LOL!. Far Cry 5 it is.

Epic Games has Civilization 6 for free till May 28th at 1100 Eastern. And if the rumors are to be beileved Boarderlands the handsome collection will be free next. So far the rumors were GTA 5 and Civ 6. So they hold some merit.

Reality XP is having a “Stay at Home” sale…30% off. I’ve said it before that the GTN 750 is probably the best add-on I’ve purchased for P3D and X-Plane (if I had to choose one or the other I’d pick X-Plane). It is just a fantastic bit of avionics with so much depth and utility.
That said - be careful that whatever you buy will fit or that there are modded files for your aircraft to allow the GTN to install into the 3D cockpit. Quite a few developers (like Carenado) are now shipping their products “GTN ready” and you can just hit a check box and it will be active. Others you will need to find modded cockpit files to allow for functionality. The 2D pop-up panel will work with ANY aircraft, but the 3D integration has to be either developer supported or modded in by a user.
