I recall playing this and being disappointed after watching a whitetail’s heart turn to mash and then proceed to run a marathon.
Might as well dive back in to see if that’s still the case.

Its a great game. I preferred the terminator version but the love is absolutely evident all the way through.
My time ended when explosions kept bloody crashing my game

New(ish) release. Free on game pass. Downloading now because it looks so graphically and tonally unique, and not cookie-cutter.
Reminds me artistically of the “Ori” series of games. (though this is obviously not a platformer)
Maybe it will hold my interest!

That flight simulator continues to be a precious jewel because with top quality mods it can nicelly reproduce unique, in the gaming world, and rarely covered airwars like falklands and korea war (with mig-15, f86, …).

I have 4 packs of them, specially the korea I, II and III and they are awesome with 100s and 100s of missions many maps and nicelly done aircraft. its a full content korean air war full mod. Sum all the contents of these 3 packs and its almost impossible to beat that even with future planned flight sims.

if you like early jet air wars, it is the best you can get on pc counting with all released titles.

I think you might be confusing IL-2 1946 with the newer IL-2 Great Battles modules. IL-2 1946 is not the same as the Great Battles modules.
