I’m pretty sure that Bisher’s is from Starfield.

Mine is from Cyberpunk 2077. That is one of the free cars you can find… If you take the right mission and take the time to do a bit of exploring after you finish it.

Hmm, I’d held off on Starfield as some of the things I had read definitely didn’t interest me. Certainly looks pretty though.
