Getting this strange error code

Hello gamers, I am trying to install Roblox on my Windows PC, but I am getting a strange error code while installing the game.

This is the error code 403, which coming while installing. Can anyone please help me why I am getting this error code and how to solve this?

I have applied the solutions you provided above, but still I was getting the error. Please dont mind. The tasks which I have done I run the SFC scan and there was some kinds of mistake changing the DNS address.

As far as I know, I changed the address into
8.8.8.8
8.8.8.8

But it should have been
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

Anyway, now I have no longer getting any such kind of error code while installing.
