It’s compatible with every versione of the A10, even the A.
Just extract it in the relevant folder and select it.

Let me know what you think

EDIT: The Pumbaa one will follow soon enough.

Yup, looks excellent to me! Great!

I intend something… special for Fight Club this friday, provided I manage to get some time to cook it all up…

Thanks @komemiute! You are awesome!

I am a little delayed in my start due to family issues (aging parents) but I hope to get they Syria and new Franch/Engalnd map patches downloaded today. Chucks guide is on my table for reading when I get a chance

Got some flight time in last night. Managed to remember all of the steps to go from cold/dark to warm and flying. Everything after that is shaky and foggy in my memory.

The skins look excellent @komemiute. Thanks!

The 3D model changes that ED implemented some time ago are very nicely done. The 'pit has some amazing detail in VR! It feels tight and small, crisp. I need to spend some time in Chucks guide today and get comfortable with the displays and HOTAS sequencing buttons. Then I need to add sensors and manipulating them.

Where would you guys proceed from here? I am thinking rockets and guns before getting into anything more complex.

Gun - play with PAC on and off. Play with the different pippers. Understand how the gun cross occludes in CCIP and that it can be altered in the IFFCC menu.

Rockets - Primarily you only need the M151 HE rockets as the Mk5 HEAT rockets only work on direct hit more or less. Smokes if you want to mark. Play around with creating ripple profiles. CCIP.

Iron Bombs - Mk82/84 in CCIP and CCRP (Hud designate) and with ripple profiles.

Cluster weapons - Only work with the CBU97 & 105 (INS guided 97). The CBU87 & 103 currently have the wrong submunitions and behavior (slick russian PTAB bomblets instead of parachute retarded BLU-97/Bs) and they are less effective than fireworks.

After that GBU-12 LGB - 10s if you don’t mind the weight. GBU-38 (or 31) to follow that. These would require TGP for the LGB’s and the JDAMs should really be marked via pod for precision too.

Once that has you OK with the pod, I’d add in the Maverick and learn it - and then learn to use the pod to aim and hand off to the maverick which is the ideal way to use those as well.

APKWS in the A-10C II and the AGM-65E laser maverick can be last as they are extensions of the prior stuff.

Laser rockets of course! If you get the workflow right for APKWS, you’re golden for the rest of it.

I forgot to add to this - PAC is available under other conditions than strafing, and is quite useful when using CCIP. So trigger stage one and the plane is rock solid while you pickle the munitions, a benefit to bomb and rocket delivery.

Didn’t think of that. Smart!
