Having a problem with the Flightsim(dot)com website

Is anyone here registered at the Flightsim(dot)com website? I am having problems and I would prefer not to register again if at all possible. I would use their Contact Us form to resolve this problem but the link for that form is only visible when you are logged into the site.

I registered at the Flightsim(dot)com website on September 4th and even validated my email at that time so I could login. On the 4th I was able to login to the site multiple times to confirm that there was not a problem with my login information. I even took a screenshot while logged into the site.

When I went back and tried to login yesterday and today I keep getting the The email or password was incorrect. Please try again (make sure your caps lock is off). error message.

I have attempted to use the Forgot your password recovery method twice already.

The email never arrived nor was it in my spam folder. :thinking:

I just tried my (long unused) password and no luck.

I don’t think I have been there in literally years, and password is still working fine.

For all I know my account may have been deleted or lost in an update of the database. About the only thing I do know is that they are going through a site ownership change. Which is why I am asking for someone who is able to still login to the site to contact the Admins using their Contact Us form on my behalf so they can check their membership list.

I registered on September 4th using the same username as here. The email I used to register is the same as the username without the underscore.
