This has been in development with I.F.E. for a while…

Dont see why they wouldnt want to increase the financial income of their assets.

yeah, but landing on static carrier was like cold shower then

Good for them. Generating income helps support future projects.

Interestingly, I don’t fly anything that can deliver ordnance in MSFS. That said, I passed up on some really awesome military jets.

I’m thinking, just speculation on my part, that ED wants it to stay that way (and maybe Gaijin, and the IL-2 people too).

That would definitely work for their playbook.

Microsoft wants it to stay that way,

in fact, if you want your aircraft in the MSFS Direct Marketplace, it’s not allowed to have weapons on it at all,

Example, you want static weapons displayed on your F-35?, you have to buy it from IFE instead of Microsoft.

2 Reasons, But the main one, Microsoft wants to retain that “E” rating…

They just posted on their FB page.

BTW, do you buckle down…or up…?

would it be knuckle down to work, or buckle down to work …

Sit up, sit down, and stand up all refer to physical postures. Stand down does not.

You can hunker down, but not up.

Getting General Washington vibes now.

Reminds me of an old jingle (pretty sure it was to get everyone to, literally, use their seatbelts back in the…let me think…60’s?).

“Buckle up for safety, buckle up…”

There’s got to be a ref to it on the Net…

Wow, older than I thought:

WARNING: This will be in your head for days!

It’s been a remarkably long time since the B came out for them to not have yet finished the early A.
I’m more interested in Jester improvements based on the F-4 work!

I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s not a lot of great documentation around the very early A models, but more importantly HB have been hard at work on the Phantastic Phantom… so I’m willing to give them a pass on it.

I’m just glad they’re still supporting the Tomcat, that - like the Phantom - is an important plane to me :+1:

I still didnt buy the F14, still waiting for the early A model. that was my decision back then. cause the philosophy of starting off with B then A then Early A never enthused me.

did buy the F4E though. cause I knew it is very good module and wanted to support them so they have actually some resources to keep up the good work.

now, with my money in the ‘game’, I am waiting for the early A Tomcat and any early Phantom
