One can only appreciate the level of complexity that went into simulating that plane and all its automated tests.

Can’t wait, it looks awesome!

I really appreciate the video but I really had a hard time following along as FB resolution is beyond horrible,Hoping it goes on YouTube soon so I can make heads or tails on the switches that are being flipped.

Tomorrow apparently.

Yes, tomorrow for YouTube, that said, I get good resolution viewing on FB, are you viewing on your phone or something?

PC,iPad,iPhone doesn’t matter in my case,FB resolution is always terrible.

There’s something comforting about the front office of an F/A-18.

Yes there is, perhaps because we flew it a lot back in the 90s? Or that it resembles the vipers’ somewhat and that is a pit most of us spent a lot of time in, ammirite?

The difference here is the F-16C pit is one of a throwaway fighter dragged kicking and screaming into modernity by an air force desperate for aircraft from which to toss bombs, said aircraft’s sensor gore and proclivity towards lawn darting notwithstanding. The F/A-18 cockpit was designed from the outset to be a masterful combination of form and function, with nary a dial nor gauge wasted and all space put towards maximal functionality.

To say the Bug put resembles the Dart pit is to say this

resembles this
