A bit of a weird way to achieve what you want (now you know who you’re talking to lol) but I vaguely remember an easy way to do this using the free DCS iControl app. You don’t actually use the app, you just use the Server utility to get your multimonitor coordinates easily on how you like things to be displayed.
Steps:
-
Go to here and download the free server bit. You can uninstall it once you’ve got your monitor/layout set up as you want it. Bit Shift Software
-
Run the new ‘Virtual Cockpit Server for DCS World’ app. It looks like this:

-
Hit the ‘Display’ ‘EDIT’ link, indicated with the arrow. This will show a mock-up of a DCS display across all your monitors that Windows is using.
-
You can then edit the multimonitor layout with the designer. You can resize your main window, move bits around for the A10 (or not, it doesn’t matter if it’s not for the Hog), and grab corners / sides to resize. Start by sliding your main DCS window so that it occupies the top left of your left most monitor top corner. Then resize the right side to fit the right side. You can toggle off the A10 CDU etc windows using the right mouse button menu.
-
When happy with the layout, right mouse button and ‘Save Settings’. This will write out to your Saved Games/DCS Open Beta (or wherever you set your config to in the previous dialog) a new config/options.lua. This DCS config will have a new Multimonitor settings called A10VC Server’ set by default. It works on any aircraft though.
-
Fly DCS across monitors!
-
If you don’t like it then just go to your DCS settings menu and put back to your default monitor layout and resolution.
Hope that works, it’s been a while since I did it that way but it was easier than remember the coordinate system DCS wanted to use.
Video if not clear. Remember, you only need the DCS:W Save Games location set correctly in the Server util app, and everything else from the video can be ignored other than setting up your screen:
