I am unable to make a video to share the experience but those of you that have Great Battles should be able to watch the track of the flight. You will likely start in outside view, no clue why though, but just switch to cockpit view if you own the P-51D, it came with the Battle of Bodenplatte expansion, and you should be good to go. Any version after 4.602b and this track will likely not work.

I would not be upset if someone made a split screen video, like what I did with the screenshots below, from the 1 minute to 4:15 minute mark of the track though. 
One of the shortcomings of the game, in my opinion, versus IL-2 1946 is the track recording feature when it comes to previous updates. Sadly, once again in my opinion, you lose the ability to replay tracks recorded using prior updates which means you lose those tracks that have, for you the person recording them, special incidents. One of those incidents I am going to hate to lose with the next update is this inverted flat spin recovery track. It was from a simple QMB mission but that does not make it less unique for me.
It took a full 45 seconds from the moment the plane went out of control until I had full control of it again. All the while thinking about the Me-109 that was still stalking me as I tried to wrestle the bird back into some semblance of control.
