For those who missed this: A 737-500 crashed shortly after take off in Indonesia. Looks like the flight recorders have been found so hopefully we’ll get some idea of what went wrong soon.

What a terrible disgrace.
As seldomly as these things happen they always strike me as “it could have been avoided if only…”

And I know my reasoning is flawed, hindsight and all that jazz.

I just feel so damn sorry…
