Is the Game Controllers window (joy.cpl) still present in Windows 11?

I am writing on a solution for the XWVM discord for a problem i had with a VPC Grip/Base combo Axis in XWVM and the solution in Windows 10 was a calibration in joy.cpl

Is that option still available in Windows 11?
