Wow! A kindred spirit across an ocean. I still call one of the East River crossings the Triboro Bridge. The old beautiful name for another NY crossing was the Tappanzee—now named after a former corrupt governor (a change demanded by his son—the current corrupt governor.) National Airport will forever be simply, “National”. So we might be just two out of billions. But I know we are right.

RIP Mr. Collins. “Carrying the Fire” was my favorite from the space program.
