MILVIZ’s former payware Ju-87 has now gone free, which is nice. It’s like buses, you wait ages for a Stuka and then two go and turn up…

So went to try this today, and wanted to pass on some gotcha’s just in-case they help other people:
The MILVIZ download zip contains an .exe for the installer that is not signed by a certificate (proving who they are, a sort of vague trust economy thing). Windows 10 will block it, so when the Scary Red Dialog comes up on your running it, you need to hit the ‘More Info’ link to get the choice of actually running it.
FlyInside and Windows 10 Creators Edition update don’t get along, and a duff d3dx.dll will stop FSX or FSX_SE from starting. There is a hotfix for that here:
Will it work in P3D?
It says it does:
Supported Platforms:
FSX Acceleration
FSX:Steam Edition
Prepar3d Version 2 (Latest release, with all hotfixes)
Prepar3d Version 3 (Latest release, with all hotfixes)
I got it to work in FSX, and as there is a section missing in the manual about electrical start-up, the key thing is to turn on the fuel pump (to your low right, by hip) and then just CTRL+E to fire the magnetos.
