I’m going to have to buy it, even though I have the DCS version. They offered a pretty good deal for the MSFS F-14 if you already had the DCS Tomcat, so maybe they will do something similar for the Phantom.

Looks cool, but would I use it enough to make it worth it?
I might pick it up when they bring it over to MSFS2024. Not much point in buying it for 2020 at this point IMHO.

So many unique and interesting Brazilian designs, and they pick a Piper Cub copy with a French engine for the local legend. Embraer must have had other licensing deals/ideas, no way this was Asobo’s top pick.
Yeah, that’s a tad disappointing.
We have literally a dozen Cubs in the sim already.

However it looks like MS is in talks with Embraer for some time already and later this year they should bring in the Praetor 600.
Why this one I don’t know (would have preferred the ERJ 135 / 145 family) but will keep an eye on it anyway.

I think the Praetor will be a great addition to the sim if they do a good job with it. Of course, being a business jet driver, I’m a bit biased. I would have preferred a Global or a Challenger though 
.

I’ve always thought these planes were essentially for casual users who would under almost no circumstances pay top dollar for a toy aircraft in a game…
On a completely different subject: I note for the first time that 2024 specific merchandise has finally arrived in the marketplace.
Also, some items previously marked “not-creator-approved”, are now simply marked “disabled” and apparently are cleared to be user enabled.

I’m guessing it was a political choice of sorts. In the last dev blog Jorg talked about his recent trip to Brazil and their partnership with Embraer.
