But be careful with the title though - if you’re cloning the (smart) rules of Command at Sea, better not use the actual name for the game or you’re going to end in trouble I am afraid…
The guys at Evil Twins went to see the chaps over at Victory at Sea and got it licensed for PC - it means you can probably do it too, or at least try your luck I guess!
