Addendum: Once they’re screwed down properly. ![]()
Absolutely worth the investment!
I just put Velcro strips on the bottom of the pedals (hooks/rough), and they are rock solid on my short crop carpet. No screws required, plus they can be easily adjusted if necessary and no ugly base board.
Wife just sent me the picture of my kids holding the MFG box! ![]()
Now I’m obviously stuck at work… ![]()
And yes… Since I built my own cockpit desk I built in a slab where to screw in the rudders!
Tonight I’ll finally be a MAN!

MFG Pedals are awesome, but… ![]()
Oh.
My.
Simulation.

Tried flying the Huey yet? ![]()
Their are few things more satisfying than mechanical works of art. (I am currently a little emotional as I got to spend the day turning a wrench on the Pitts.)
There’s also few things more frustrating than mechanical works designed and built by “Trust me, I’m an engineer” line of thinking.
So good, aren’t they.
I casually hopped in a Huey after buying them and pretty much stopped flying anything but helicopters for ages, haha.
Both helos and WWI planes (Rise of Flight) are a completely different thing!
Next thing to try DCS WWII Warbirds!
