Check out this new weather app for Apple iOS. I think the visual representation is great! Swiss dev team. :switzerland:

It‘s not aviation related, but a nice tool either way. You can zoom out to globe level and see the big picture. Scroll back and forth in time. Etc… still have to discover all details as it‘s brand new and, for the time being, free.

That’s a very nice presentation of the data! Since we’re listing our favorite apps, here are my two:

  1. Windy: Used to be more for general outdoor sports, but it has an “aviation” tab now (I think it started as a sailing app?):
  1. Earth: the ultimate nerd app for visualising upper-atmosphere short-term predictive models (uses atmospheric pressure for altitude bands :nerd_face:)
