Planes that could replace the A-10

That’s one large ordnance mover!

They cant even get the F-22A Production lines from less than 6 years ago back up, and we want them to reboot a Line from 30 years ago?

Scrap the A-10A/C.

Build a New Design from the ground up, and inherhet the A-10s Features and Abilities while modernizing the design for the modern battlefield.

The A-164 WipeOut lol.

How much uncontested (or marginally contested) airspace can we anticipate? Certainly not North Korea.

Textron Scorpion. Not neatly as tough and beefy as the A-10. But its cheap.

The Scorpion has a special place in my mind,
It’s Like a Tomcat and a L-39 had a Baby…

Well, they can. But not against a cheap price. The experience that comes with these things in tremendous value for the employee’s and allows them to move up to better places. Getting the human capital alone requires a significant investment. To be honest I find these things absolutely fascinating.

Last I Heard, several storage crates that were supposed to be tooling were empty.
