Prepare3D V4

Froogle did a pretty good review when P3DV4 was first released. For me the improved stability is the worth the hassle and expense to update. I was having OOM crashes constantly with the 32 bit version. Still, as good as XP11 is shaping up to be, you probably need a either long history or a big Orbx investment to justify staying with P3D/FSX.

Some manufactures are charging a fee to update their products. A great many are not.

Honestly I thought about making the move to P3D but rebuying all my PMDG modules is just too expensive… (777, 747, 737, DC6)… Plus my FSLabs A320 and Q400… I’m just better off sticking with X-Plane at the moment.

Yes, as they rightly should. There are som aircraft in P3D/FSX that haven’t been properly covered in XP, so definitely holding space on my system.
