RAZBAM F-15E

It does seem odd, to me, to have such a media blitz two months out from release. I would’ve guessed something significantly sooner with how much content is showing up.

Same; based on today I expected sometime in the next week or so.

The good news about all this, I will be able to give my undivided attention to Diablo 4 now.

I do think that having a pre order and then giving copies to youtbe personallities is wrong. Should have released it to all with a preorder as well.

I am dissapointed but there are worse things that could happen.

I’m amused that at this point in the Mudhen development, people are still flying off the handle over Razbams weird PR material release timing. The 5 years of “soon” with pictures/videos of a product clearly being in its infancy don’t ring a bell?

But… But… They said…soon…! :sob:

Yeah, nah, yeah. I don’t get it either. Loving the vids, though. I like looking at airplanes.

I got my hands on some guanciale- if you guys don’t mind I’ll make some honest-to-God Carbonara as well?

Does that mean I am alone in waiting for the “Intruder over Iran” train to leave the station, or are there two komemiutes now?
(The pigs in this train are alive and happy, though they may or may not be greased up)

Yo, you truly believe I wouldn’t delete every other module once the Intruder drops?!

To be fair, i said that about the tomcat and i still fly the viggen, sabre and harrier

I also said that about the Hind. Still fly the gazelle more.

In the meantime, a dad story. After he retired from the USAF, he went to work for Raytheon and then McDonnell Douglas, which in turn merged with Boeing.

During the Raytheon, McD, Boeing years, mom and dad spent 5 years in Riyadh in one capacity or another, some of which is classified. To set the time frame, they lived there during a number of terrorist attacks in the Middle East, including Khobar Towers bombing. However, they seemed to have a knack for not being around when bad things happened and their overall experience was positive.

At one point dad was acting as liaison between Boeing and BAE for the Hawk program, which was the primary jet trainer prior to flying the F-15S (Saudi version of the F-15E). He said that he made a good many friends, from both SA and the UK. You could tell that he really enjoyed the posting.

One day an Eagle crashed on takeoff. As a former Phantom pilot, dad found it fascinating that the host country’s official accident investigation concluded that the pilot fell asleep on takeoff. The poor devil must really have had ice in his veins.

I could’ve bought cardiac anomaly of some sort, but fell asleep… No. They must have been desperate to blame it on the pilot.

Unless he had narcolepsy and someone had dropped the ball on grounding him?
