I got a lot of connection issues last night. What would happen is that I would play a game for about 2 minutes and then my entire network adapter would cut out (including teamspeak). Looking in the log files after I shut down the game and rebooted ( <My Documents>\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\Logs) it showed some file read and then (obviously) network errors.
Anyway, I did the Steam ‘Local Files (tab) / Verify Integrity’ and it found about 200 bad files, and downloaded 170mb of updates and seemed to work ok. Not used to doing that with games, so surprised it worked and wanted to pass on the tip.
