Back in September they posted a nice cockpit initialization video I might have missed posting. This is probably a Day 1 purchase for me whenever it gets released… Love the MD-80…!

Love the MD80. I have had my eye on this for sometime.
Yeah…if I can get an MD-80 and some really good Washington National (KDCA) scenery…I’ll be in heaven. Always enjoyed sitting at Gravelly Point and watching them takeoff and land…
Still one of my favorite approaches I’ve flown in real life…

Check this site out. Pretty good for freeware. Gets you a more “alive” airport.

…but I’m shying away from some of the commercial stuff like Aerosoft’s because they don’t populate the airports with AI traffic or static aircraft. I bought Aerosoft’s PANC (Anchorage) and it looks like a zombie wasteland with not a single aircraft (airliner anyway)… I actually replaced part of it with the FFDG version - it is much better:

I’ve heard the rumors about that Tornado (I don’t have it). 3 FPS is great though…it gives me time to run to the grill and turn the steaks without having to worry I’ll crash…
