So, its been a few weeks. I have set modest undervolts on both CPU and GPU. Machine hums along. All sliders to the right in DCS. Some slight quadviews fixed foveated rendering. I put the pimax at 120 hertz and limit the sim to an absolute rock steady 40(!)hz. This makes for truly eye popping, jaw dropping graphics being rendered utterly smoothly. I tried 60 with some lowered settings, but the difference wasn’t worth the extra eye candy for me, this is what I settled on.
Flying Paradise Lost on this box is… I have no words. If only the wind shield wipers on my huey worked
