The seat back. The upper part will be foldable and the lower part will be mounted to the seat frame.

How about a thick rubber mat in the bottom of the seat…?
It’s the kind you buy at the auto parts store, to line the floor of the trunk of your car.

I got a gel pad on top of that mat and then some foam.
Feels comfy enough. Question is how that mat will hold up in the long run. Guess there’s just one way to find out…
