Are you using some addons like FSUPIC or Pilot2ATC or similar?
That error doesn’t seem to be associated with the simulator itself.

yes i use both those addons.i just thought someone might know something about a simconnect error
i have discovered that if i open the FUIPC prog and stop and restart it fixes it

There is always a chance someone will know, but by googling that error there seems to be several possible issues causing connection errors.
