I came across this title after visiting the Skyward Flight Media site. It seems like a sim-lite and looks like a throwback to polygon flight sims. While I no longer play these types of sims, I feel they are a great on-ramp for newbies, and provide a nice fix for the “I don’t have much time and just want to jump in and fly some stuff” crowd.

I wanted to love this game as a fan of propellers (and rotors), but was sad that the VR version had not been updated much.
I thought the game was abandoned for a while but it’s nice to know that the developer had been doing huge overhauls, I hope the VR version gets developed further.
it’s one of the games that inpired me to develop my own flight sim with VR support.

Do you have a link to your sim? I’m interested in seeing what it looks like. I attempted to develop a sim, back in my college days, but abandoned the project because I became distracted. This was back in the era of vector and early polygon graphics.
If I might:
I haven’t tried it in VR yet, but on pancake runs great and does exactly what it says on the tin. Definitely looking forward to expanded version @HijongPark is working on with the AH-1.
