I would’ve liked to visit there when I was in Seattle last June, but our timetable for the Alaska cruise was tight and it didn’t fit. :frowning:
Maybe next time (we are planning on doing another Alaska cruise at some point) I will try to schedule this, especially as my 13 yr old daughter has stated she wants to be an aerospace engineer.
She did a 1 week summer camp at Embry-Riddle last year and LOVED it.

Cool, my dad may have flown that Phantom, since he was at Da Nang at the same time.

I think that Ki-43 might be one of the last survivors in such good conditions.

Wow, these are amazing @Maico

Ok, So now I dont feel so geeky. When I saw the Oscar I was Stunned. I stood there and tried to remember if I had ever seen one in real life. NOPE, blank. Then this example looked so Pristine. Its like a lifesize model of an Oscar lol. Its a beauty.
So to explain, last time I was there it was crowded and I felt like leaving. I missed the WW1 and WW2 Exhibits. And More…
Here is more…

Great pics!

What is that crazy yacht/plane/drone/cruise missile looking thing?

edit-
ha wait sorry I should have clicked on the picture to make it bigger! I thought the cabin/passenger windows of the jet behind were part of that thing - still not sure what it is, a giant cruise missile?

That is a US Cruise Missile. The B52 carries a bunch in a Rotary Bay.

That Yak-3 is so bad ass. My favorite Russian design.

Ditto! I wish we had the 9U in DCS. It covers WW2 and Korea.

They’re selling Winwing throttles rebranded?? That’s an Orion 2 throttle base with F/A-18 grip.

Yes it is sir. I just got the little Chrome badge from the shop. It comes with peel and stick stuff. I put it on soon as I got home. I was doing '18 stuff all week. How lucky am I?

Oh, ok, you did the sticky on there. I was wondering about the logistics of it coming that way.
