SSL and Mudspike Forums

Very Minor Tech Meta News: We’ve enabled a SSL certificate for Mudspike Forums. Obviously, we’re not like a bank or somewhere that needs end-to-end encryption to keep your goodies safe, but then again it’ll be nice to think that if it’s easy then we should enable it, and there’s less chance of some hipster at the local Starbucks wifi seeing that password on an encrypted connection you shouldn’t be reusing everywhere. It was easy, so it’s enabled. Entry URL here:

https://forums.mudspike.com

Over the next couple of weeks I’ll tweak and test the default so that our inbound links come out as HTTPS rather than HTTP. Apart from that, no difference.

If you see something odd or weird (that’s ideally related to this site) then let us know here. I probably broke something…
