Technical, interesting, or challenging approaches/departures

I am trying to get better at the procedural side of civilian flight, and I’m making a point of working on the chart and instrument side of sim’ing. As it starts to make more sense (still not 100% on reading an approach or departure plate, but it’s making more sense) I’m looking for approaches and departures that will teach me something. Thanks in advance!

A general rule of thumb, anywhere with breathtaking scenery usually means interesting and challenging approaches where you have to bring your A game.
