My mom was also like that. My dad believed anything he read or heard so long is it supported his odd worldview. An LLM would have eaten his lunch and taken all his money. I am certain of it. Living alone amplifies personal weaknesses and shrivels any remaining strengths. For most of us anyway.

Australia is not only the driest (inhabited) continent. Every year for the past decade has broken a record for: driest, hottest on average, etc. Except for the parts that are normally hot & dry… They are experiencing record breaking floods.
But what the heck, let’s give A.I. billionaires carte blanch to build however many data centres they want, including massive diesel or gas power plants in residential areas!!!
They pinky swear that there are no health risks from that, besides what could possibly go wrong?
