Yeah, I’m not sure I even noticed the slowdown in the first place. Maybe 5% of a core, so it’s pretty hard to tell.
Also, I think anything past a Skylake (6th gen?) isn’t helped by this, as it is Broadwell and down for these fixes.

The last w10 update screwed up my power settings. Lord knows what else is changed.
