The idea of an A-6 preview got me movin’ different.
Will the 109 ever get gun pods? Heck, the 190A8 had some Damn Kick Butt Gun pods. Some added a 30mm and some with Dual 20mm Per Wing! Bomber Hunting would be just WOW.
Im hoping Red Star Sims comes back into the fold too… So much in development… Sigh

All numbers are below 60, let’s assume DDMMSS…

OK I’m clueless, the only land-based spots I can find by putting NESW in front of those numbers in different combinations are Apeldoorn, NL and somewhere in the middle of the Amazon rainforest
So, Germany map is going to include .nl and a bit of the north sea for carrier ops. Confirmed
Im REALLY LOST. Is Superbug a thing? Who, What, Wait… Naaaaahhhhh
It’s an (as far as I know) unofficial module being developed by @SkateZilla who occasionally teases it in the DCS Screenshots thread.
Uhhhhh, juicy! Go Skatezilla!

I took it for a test hop tonight and it’s mighty fine SZ. Cool as hell.
I tried taking the Rhino mod for a spin but any time I spawn on an elevator I get tipped over the side.
I tried that Growler mission in the CJS Discord missions section and it spawned and launched fine on Cat 4.
Must be an issue with specific elevators then, I’ll try spawning myself on the others. I hate the sixpac now that we have directors because it’s way too tight for my liking.
I tested almost all the spawn points and the only areas that work are sixpac and between Elev. 1 and 2. Spawning on any of the elevators or the Patio results in this:
So the point of origin of the aircraft is the nose rather than the chord line or the average median of the 3d model?
Interesting…
I much prefer the legacy UFC but I’m glad they brought functioning brightness controls to the modded one. That was driving me nuts at night on the old mod.
I read somewhere that you have to either let the aircraft “settle” (whatever that means) or respawn until it doesn’t fall off, but haven’t tried either.
+1 On the enemy planes following the laws of physics. In fact, the AI still needs a lot of work.
