So I am a little confused. Is this a mod endorsed or sponsored by…what’s the studio?…Bethesda? I am pretty happy with the remaster on xbox, other than stilted dialogue snd rag-doll human physics.
Oblivion remade in Skyrim engine by a group of enthusiasts.
Nothing to do with Bethesda.

Does anyone know if one is better than the other? Perhaps by virtue of bug fixes, dialogue, graphics etc?
I absolutely loved Oblivion and visited every location.
These guys have been working on this for years and years and years, and then BOOM! Just before the release, Bethesda pulled a remastered version out of its butt with no warning.
Luckily they were/are not heartless enough to do a cease and desist on these guys.

People have been remaking Morrowind in Skyrim and Oblivion as well. So eventually you can just loop engines back on eachother all the way down. Daggerfall also got some updates to run better on modern machines though it still looks as janky as ever.

I’d love to play daggerfall and morrowind on the skyrim engine.
The remastered daggerfall was amazing but the mechanics sucked after all these years

A proper modern daggerfall would probably be amazing.
