Yea,I see that,
The Film “Greyhound” which was scheduled to come out last month, then delayed because of COVID-19 actually came out on a Streaming service last week.I was happy to have the ability to watch it…although would of enjoyed it much better on “The Big Screen” with that “Bone Shaking” IMAX Audio System.
In Chicago where I live they started to bring back "Pop-Up Drive-Ins!! They only allow a third of the Parking Capacity to maintain Social Distancing…You"re allowed to bring lawn Chairs and Tables…up to 6 people per Car…and Food and Beverages although Not Allowed on printed Ticket were Tolerated
I think Top Gun 2 would make money whenever they release it. Summer or Winter I do not expect it to have long legs at the theater though. Imo, It will make its money during the initial hype and then viewership will taper off dramatically. When it hits Netflix or another streaming service it will get another bump.
This puts Cruise in a tough corner once the media circus of promos begin. At his age he won’t remember the movie. “Tom, what was it like working with so-and-so?” “Who? Really? Was she in it?” “Let’s change tracks Mr. Cruise: Did you get to do any of your own flying in the film?” “Flying? I haven’t flown in 20 years! Look at me! I can’t even lift my own spoon!” “Good point Mr. Cruise. Be careful on those stairs, sir.”
