I think the worst one was total war:Rome 2. The trailer with “in game footage” looked so epic. Reality was meh. Search Seige of Carthage.

Adding to this is the abhorrent “butt kissing” and one sided reviews now being published en-mass by many youtube reviewers.
Ahh game devs realise youtubers make money, so for a select few, here is an early release version for you to hype, only if the hyping is good.
