Triple Nickel Approach

Now that I’m all things Hornet, I saw a couple videos about the Triple Nickel Approach. Have any of you tried it as yet or does anyone know the “by the numbers” procedure?

The real-life Super Hornet pilot makes it look easy.

Nothing beyond that same ED thread.

My only comment is the IRL guy is probably fairly experienced, and if I may utterly butcher a quote I once read: “Don’t try to act like Prince in the break if you’re going to end up flying like Ray Charles in the groove”.
