Whilst I was waiting for Colorado to come out, SCS released the brand new Western Star 49X and some more ownable trailers, Lowboys.
Love the 49X but it only has one cab config right now, so fuel becomes an issue when hauling big stuff
I ended up going back to my Mack, for now. Ended up hauling some Milk and a bunch of containers
Even passed, what I can only assume, is a mudspike member landing… 
Colorado came out and its awesome!!! Absolutely stunning scenery and, IMO, great elevation feeling.
Jumped in my Mack and hooked up to a STAA Refrigerator double and Took off to Colorado.

In Alamosa the Western Star Dealer call to me! I sold my Mack and bought another 49X
I then took a big load on up to Denver

That Mack Anthem is a great looking truck.
It really is, and a joy to drive in game. For only having 505 HP compared to the rest of the trucks with 605 HP it handles very well.
Decided to take a Tractor from Boise to Tucumcari New Mexico. Pretty scenic drive and not to bad in the Peterbilt.
Hard to find good places to sleep with this trailer.
Took another job to a Mine outside Colorado Springs.
And there is a Mack dealership right next to my garage in Colorado Springs, So I sold the Peterbilt and bought another Mack.
The Western Star 49X will be my heavy haul truck whilst the Mack is my “everyday” truck. First up a Turnpike Double Grain trailer.
I love that black Anthem.
The Anthem is my favorite base game truck. The k100 is my faovorite mod truck. And I love the Western Star for heavy hauls.
Speaking of the K100, Open beta 1.43 added some ownable dump trailers,
Mack did a great job designing the Anthem. I’ve been admiring them and now that I’m back to heavy hauling, I wish I could get my hands on one!
Was just reminiscing when they threw me the keys to this old Mack 17 years ago … my first truck and first day on the job! It’s rusting away in the truck graveyard here after I drove it to the ground and abused it (new drivers do that) …
Even back then, that truck was old and they actually paid me a premium to drive it LOL! I still fell in love with its hauling capacity though!

If I ever go back to working evenings where I have downtime late at night I really need to get back to ETS and ATS. Too difficult to block out time these days for any long hauls.
Saw the new DAF XF up close and personal today. Not a fan. Looks too much like a Scania. Comfy though. Look better in blue rather than mustard i think
I will always have a soft spot for the FH16, no idea why but I love that one. I also think the Terberg tool-equiped versions are fantastic(with cranes and such).
I always loved my 660 Fh16. Beast of a lorry.
Scania and volvo are the best trucks for working and DAF are the best to actually live in
I’ll trust your word on that! I just know what I think looks pretty 
Seriously the bunk in the daf XF is an absolute work of art. Genuinely the best nights sleep I have ever had.

Spent a good amount of time getting back into ATS last month. Here’s a bit of a photo dump from the last few weeks. Looking forward to the upcoming Texas and Montana DLC! Seattle to eastern/southern TX will see 2,500 miles long hauls! Looks like update 1.44 is just around the corner.
