Sorry guys. Enough is enough.
Time for me to go nuclear with the awesomeness.
BOOM!

Anyone wanna go halfs with me on one…please…please!!! We could have a mudspike liveried Victor k2 and not just a tattoo on me…
One of the coolest planes ever built.
IMO the tail on the VC10 is right up there with Concorde’s wing and the Victor’s head on profile. such a perfect shape.
That tail reminds me of another British beauty.
She had the same kind of charm as the Victor, but much smaller.
She likes wires: catching them or flying below them at 1074 km per hour.
My ISP connection broke down today and getting images on mobile is difficult, can you guys post the one I’m speaking of?
aw yeah!
Look at the hips on that one! lol. Also a nose only a mother could love. Yet overall, a surprisingly cool machine.
I always had a soft spot for the other V bomber. She had beautiful lines and powerful grace - I once saw a Vulcan do a lazy barrel roll. But above all the awesome thunderous rumble of her engines was thrilling for an 8 year old me at Farnborough Air Show in the 80’s. Ahh, of such things are memories made
I saw the last vulcan live at Farnborough about 8 years ago. That evening my son got conceived in a London hotel room.
That would be mine. Dragging fresh none-painted F-35 back to the states.
Yes! I thought it came from here. Very nice, one of just a few I have grabbed.
F106, a man of class. I’m still sad no one has ever put together a half way realistic version of the 102 or 106 for any flight sim that I am aware of (I know there was a 106 for SFP1, but it was on the lower half of realistic). That era was one I think is well worthy of flight sim’ing.
So maybe I’m missing something in your photos but I didn’t spot a single SR-71 in there? Were you just referring to a suit case nuke?
'Cause this what a full on MIRV equipped ICMB looks like
Also I have a soft spot for the Blackbird as my dad spent a lot of time with them when I was a kid (he was POL officer in the USAF). I got see some pretty neat stuff regarding them as a kid, this was in the 80’s when they were not classified perse. Just what they did, how they did it, when they did it, etc
More F-15E Pr0n -
And for my three post limit,
Me too. I spent a fair bit of time at Duxford museum marvelling at the sheer size of the beast. Such a gorgeous design. I really like the look of the A12 as well but the blackbird is just iconic
The blackbird is one of two planes I wish I could have seen fly. The other is the F-14. I love the blackbird, its an amazing plane that was way ahead of its time.
