Ooh, fun!
Paul Kingsbury, one of the staff at Proceedings, was my first LCPO on the Reagan. The man made Chief in 8 years, Senior in 11, Master Chief in 14 (and was still running a sub-9 minute PRT). Went on to be a Force Master Chief before he retired. One of the greatest leaders I’ve ever had the privilege to serve under.
