I have been waiting for this to complete my Virpil collection, Needless to say I preordered the Pro model. And seeing that it is Virpil the estimated 6 month wait is really normal so no big deal. This will replace my Moza AB9 which is a 12nm peak force and I believe I will be giving up 4 degrees of axis range but will get double the force output.
The Pro version is a real beast!
Knowing Virpil it will be a sturdy design too.
Looking forward to see more about their FFB software. I don’t know if mega_mozg is still in charge of that. If so, he’s a wiz!
Really considering this upgrade. Been in love with my WarBRD since it got released but I mostly fly helo’s and this would be a gamechanger. Though it does look quite big and chonky.
Looks like a very nice unit.. I think I will be sticking with my AB9 though. I actually dial down the output to about 60% anyway, so the extra power really would be wasted on me.
