Wingsuit…
I recall having a freeware wingsuit in P3D (the flight model was not great; not that I could compare it to a real life experience ) and in VR it felt outright terrifying

DEMO: Demo Download Link can be found on Steam store page.
Bleah! The demo was removed from the store on the 27th.
I do wonder from time to time if this thread is useful to anyone but me, or if the mods consider it to be (so far tolerated) spamming.
For me, its kind of a record of my downloads and eternal attempts to keep various little ones occupied, but I do hope others are finding useful things for themselves and loved ones as well…
FREE
Ok, this is an unusual one! (Free, web-based Beat Saber clone)
Moon Rider is a free VR rhythm game built on the WebVR standard which means it runs directly from a web browser rather than being downloaded and installed on a specific VR storefront. Its creators say the game has garnered thousands of daily players.
Launched in May 2019, Moon Rider is a relatively simple VR rhythm game, but its web-based foundation makes it as easy to play as visiting a website, and just as easy to share with others.
Want to see for yourself?
And… viola! You’re playing.
I wouldn’t worry about this thread @HiFlyer I find some of these really interesting- my only suggestion would be to put a quick pointer if these would work only on one particular VR headset or also on many- it can be bothersome, I agree, but sometimes when I see these games off Meta I wonder if they’d also work with my regular HP Reverb…
It can be tricky. Games that remain free on Meta, have the Demo links disappear from Steam on a regular basis, and also, some free games on Meta quickly become paid-only, on Steam.
(Though they can sometimes become paid on Meta as well, the Free / Demo links tend to remain longer, if not indefinitely)
Its kinda’ a juggle, keeping track of it, sometimes.
