I figured having a gauge of what terrains we have access to as a group would assist in plotting the direction of our further multiplayer adventures. If you would like to participate in the next MS Multiplayer Mission (M3), please select all that DCS terrains that currently own and are willing to have installed on your hard drive for a while.
If I missed any terrain let me know and I’ll add it.
I would love to join Germany 1975 but I am very short on time for the next 3-4 weeks, so I wouldn’t mind at all if you did another scenario first
FYI You can “free trial” most sceneries for 2 weeks, except Germany, which should make it possible for anybody to join a Foothold campaign in most terrains for 2 weeks
@BeachAV8R licks the nib of his quill and starts to write.. “The terrorist group with their plans in motion and the bomb before them set a timer of exactly two weeks till detonation. Ha ha, you’ll never stop us, unless you complete this series of red node captures (exits stage left in Mi-8)..”
I honestly haven’t had my gaming PC/Sim setup on since 2024. Not a lack of desire or interest, but life events, career choices, and family have prevented me from devoting any time to doing so.
We’re in the middle of a move, where we’ll have some land in the country, a farmhouse, and a couple air-conditioned outbuildings, one that’s perfect for a simulator or two. In a few months when things settle down, I’ll put my sim back together and dive back into it.
Will likely have to undergo intensive recurrent/requalification for every module I’ve ever been proficient in (not too many!), except maybe the Huey, but looking forward to it.
yeah, i agree and can imagine that some people are full of it as you mentioned, but i think its a good idea to still have it installed because i think some modules, specially in early phase, only have the missions/tutorials/campaigns done for that theater
Hey @chipwich I’ve done nothing for nobody. I am so un-philanthropic that I intentionally avoid CSAR of human players in favor of fallen AI. Still, I have been eying the MiG-29 for a week now. And unlike @BeachAV8R I have neither pride nor shame.
I thought that was just me. I spend hours just landing near them and when they get close just take off. Ideally some red hillux’s then appear to shoot them.
If people want Germany I will buy Germany. My etsy witch dissolution of the entire russian economy isn’t working so far, so might well let it flow over me.
You fly a bigger plane than he does. Hell, you probably have a dresser drawer at home full of paychecks that you’ve forgotten to deposit.
Poor Beach is barely getting, by driving a Subaru, flying single pilot IFR, and probably eating at Taco Bell in order to keep our gaming server held together with duct tape and safety wire.
