Second to … “”””””” The Metal!””””””” …
Some nice chillout music with some female vocals in Spanish. Pretty chill tune.
If you actually give it a listen, you should consider listening to the original. It’s pretty good too.
I was perusing my usual podcasts today and I found out guitarist Randy Rhoads was like 5’7", 106 lbs soaking wet! What a talent! …
Randy’s last words to Ozzy Osbourne about Ozzy’s drinking were, “You’ll kill yourself, you know, one of these days.”. Randy then died in a 1955 Beechcraft Bonanza F-35, registered as N567LT …

He was 25 years old.
Been listening to this on repeat. I imagine not many here would like it, but it’s what I’m hearing now.
Oh, I’m loving this- wish I’d known about it a few months ago, it’s a perfect summertime jam.
It’s summertime in our minds! Anyway, you’re in the south, it’s basically summertime adjacent most of the year.
I have an extensive collection - well over 1000 hours on vinyl, cd and digital - and enjoy everything from Mozart to Marilyn Manson… but I’m a head banger at heart.
These days, I’m mainly listening to the radio. In Australia, ABC (the National Braodcaster) have a ‘youth’ radio station that every Friday has Australian or International artists perform a live original and cover.
Worth checking out:
They even have The Wiggles. I don’t know how big they are overseas, but every Aussie parent thinks they are the best babysitters ever
One of my recent faves:
Wow, someone threw out their 1983 KLH speakers! (the black one on top of my 1983 college stereo set). I’m a vintage speaker collector so I was really excited to snatch them up! Pristine condition for 40 years old!!!
A world classic. Beautiful.
I love a cover that is better then the original… especially when it is full of personal loss and poignancy.
Sarah Blasko’s take on a Cold Chisel classic - Flame Trees.
Thanks for the inspiration. Indoor day today due to the weather, helping the wife with some preserving (mustard pickle).
Stereo is cranking and we just finished blasting this with the volume turned up to 11
It makes me so sad that Noel Gallagher (who wrote it) hates this song. I really like it.
Especially when I feel like… well… the way one feels like when songs like this one really resonate with you.
Those times when you ask yourself what you are even doing and if things will ever work out right.
