One of the best songs from the 80s. Those of us who were growing up then remember it well. I like this particular video showing the musicians as they grow old through the years. My oh my how time flies. Cherish every moment.

Love the video, and I’m really liking the new album so far as well.

OMG, deadly duo @piper!

Well… That’s certainly… Something…

What’s on your mind @HiFlyer?

Just absorbing the… Unusualness.

I’m aborting this mission.

I know normal amplifiers go up to level 10, and Nigel Tufnel likes to turn it up to 11 but I have access to level 12.

I had never heard of this movie before, and only just encountered it via this music clip from Pogo. Now I’m fascinated by the animation Style. It reminds me of that quirky and sort of languid and idiosyncratic animation as seen in classic films like Gulliver’s Travels, Fantastic Planet, Watership Down, early Disney and others that had a uniqueness that you don’t see in the more generic (though perhaps more realistically drawn) animations more common today. I have to look up this film and watch it.

And of course there’s Pogo’s music!

Johnny B. Goode (metal cover by Leo Moracchioli)

Was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with the rendition.

I was blown away today seeing Wolfgang Van Halen playing guitar just like his dad at this Taylor Hawkins tribute … because I’m getting old it almost brought me to tears …

Apparently the guy is pretty, pretty talented! …

Listening to Sarah Jarosz tonight. I like it - and she’s playing on a '38 Martin…wow.

Found another by her playing on the Transatlantic Sessions (and I do like that northern music).

F’up over here because it fits the theme of the thread.

LMAO, the best and most prolific prog rock composer/performer this side of the 90ies you have never heard of. It’s funny, because part of the interview discusses exactly how nobody knows him.

You may have heard of Porcupine Tree perhaps?

He is extremely talented. He plays it all, guitar, drums, bass. The most surprising for me was his vocal ability, he is a great singer too.
