Probably not. I’ve had the 2400MHz memory for quite a while so I don’t really know. That’s probably the answer everyone will give you about memory. DDR2, DDR3, DDR4, whatever. Memory speed has always been a mystery for as long as I’ve been building computers … like 30 years. 
It seems to make a difference in the benchmark numbers above though. I also get a warm and fuzzy feeling when my memory usage approaches 16GB and I know I have that extra 8GB to back me up.
