Where Are You Photos [2024]

I always loved the M-16/203 combo.

Just add Arnie and you have the ultimate weapon system… get to da choppa!

Its weird because I’d fit in arnies pocket, but that 203 m16 was so much smaller than it looks in films

An M4 with an M203? Never heard of it.:grin:

Ya we have rather strict gun laws here in Canada

Speaking of Canada. Another lovely day on the prairies

About middle frame you can see what is actually a living creature known as a drift. During a storm it is continuoulsy moving, generally where you do not want them to go, like your walkway or in the middle of the parking lot

The pic below was taken 15 minutes later. You can see bare ground windward of the drift. At storms end, the bare areas are generally found in the middle of the lawn, unhelpful to say the least

Yes exactly like a cold sandstorm. Drifts and dunes are of the same animal species. Nasty creatures

Lawn is a grassy area that requires lots of cutting in the summer months. If I’m not on our lawn tractor I’m pushing tauntaun around. I’m really just the maintenance man around here

me and tauntaun decided to get artistic with this particular drift. It was therapeutic lol

This pic shows a nice cross section of a snowdrift. It also shows the nastiness of the snowdrift, runs right down the centre of our laneway

The issue is it’s still windy outside so the drifts are still out there, growing, organizing, planning… :joy:

I’ve been playing some Euro Truck Simulator while my simpit was disassembled this weekend

Driving the truck (and playing with the loading ramp) was a lot of fun, which I hadn’t expected.

Today was Boxing Day. As was yesterday. I’m expecting to still be unpacking presents tomorrow, and the day after, and the day after…
Unpacking the boxes and deciding where to put everything is not my favorite part of moving, potentially even worse than packing everything up into boxes.

It’s nice to see progress though and I’m looking forward to re-assembling my desk with all the pc stuff, improving the houses heat regulation (the thermostat is not “used to” the slow floor heating yet), and all of the other little things to improve.

That looks like a lucrative week or two for a mechanic. Is it pretty rough under the hood/hydraulics?

We have to have 1800RVR or 1/2…so unless the SA’s come up (they are forecast to be better)…we will be cooling our heels in Orlando until it does. CLE is 2 or 3AM by the time we get there though. It might be spring by then…
